Hon'ble Mr. R N Singh, Member (J):
MA No. 1600/2022 The present MA has been filed by the applicants seeking permission of this Tribunal to file the aforesaid OA jointly. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that all the applicants are similarly placed and they have prayed for similar/same relief(s). Accordingly, the same is allowed.

In the present O.A. filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the applicant has prayed for the following reliefs:-
"(i) Quash the executive order dated 26.06.2019 and 23.05.2016 which supersedes the eligibility condition prescribed in the Recruitment Rules for promotion to the post of Tax Assistant.
ii) Pass an order directing the Respondents to follow the eligibility conditions prescribed for promotion as Tax Assistants in the Recruitment Rules 2015 and maintain the sanctity of seniority list of the MTS as provided by the SSC for direct recruit.
iii) Pass an order directing the respondents not promote MTS based on the date of passing of data entry skill test.
iv) Pass such further/other orders/directions/relief's which this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."9 O.A. No. 1499/2022

2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that for redressal of his grievances, the applicant no. 1 has made representation dated 21.12.2021 (Annexure A-
6), which is still pending consideration before the respondents.
3. Issue notice. Mr. R.S. Rana, learned counsel, who appears for the respondent on advance service, accepts notice.
4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, with the consent of learned counsels for the parties and without going into the merits of the case, the present O.A. is disposed of at this very stage, with direction to the respondents to consider the applicants aforesaid pending representation dated 21.12.2021 (Annexure A-6), and to dispose of the same by passing an appropriate reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The O.A. is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
