(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, two supernumerary seats in each college br institute shall be filled by the candidates who are migrants of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, in accordance with the directions from the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, subject to the eligibility criteria prescribed in these rules.
