25. Encashment of minor's certificate.
(1)A person encashing a certificate on behalf of a minor shall furnish a certificate that the minor is alive and that the money is required on behalf of the minor.(2)When the nominee is a minor, the person appointed under sub-section (3) of section 6 of the Act while encashing the certificate, shall furnish a certificate that the minor is alive and that the money is required on behalf of the minor.
