4. The main grievance that has been expressed by the petitioner is that he had applied for an Aadhar card in the year 2015. At the time of applying for the Aadhar card, his biometric identification was inadvertently linked to the Aadhar card that was given to his brother. On coming to know of the same, the petitioner submitted an application before the 3rd respondent on 28.02.2024 and sought for correction.
The petitioner has been attempting to get an Aadhar card in his name for nearly 10 years. Since there was no progress, the petitioner has knocked the doors of this Court.
5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent shall take specific written instructions from the 3rd respondent in order to enable this Court to pass final orders in the present writ petition.
