Counsel for the respondents/State submits that the cases transferred from Gwalior Bench have not been listed along with the group of cases listed today.
Registrar (Judicial) to ensure that all these matters together are listed for analogous hearing on 2 29.02.2016.
Ad-interim to continue till that date.
If the cases are yet to be transferred from Gwalior Bench, it must be ensured that the same is done immediately for listing of those cases on 29.02.2016. It is further made clear that if one of the counsel appearing in the matter is adjusted that will be no reason not to list the matter before that date. The matter must be listed before the Court for appropriate orders to be taken on that date.
