(9)In case of suspension or cancellation of the licence, the State Government shall make alternative arrangements for ensuring uninterrupted supply of foodgrains to the eligible households:Provided that in case of cancellation of the licence of the fair price shop owner, new licence shall be issued within a month of cancellation.
