Today an order dated 03.05.2018, passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.A. (C) No. 22444 of 2017 has been produced by the counsel for the petitioner. Keeping in view the direction that the present writ, which is C.W.J.C. No. 6489 of Patna High Court CWJC No.6489 of 2018 (3) dt.15-05-2018 2/2 2018, is also required to be transferred to the Hon'ble Supreme Court, therefore, the Registrar General, Patna High Court is directed to ensure that the entire records of the writ application is forwarded to the Hon'ble Apex Court through the Secretary General of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
