(i)No child, adolescent or a young person shall be certified as fit to work in a factory unless he or she -

(i)is free from organic disease;

(ii)has a good physique;

(iii)is capable of enduring of the kind of work that has to be performed in the factory;

(iv)is mentally sound; and

(v)is protected against smallpox by vaccination.
