Section 16 in Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences Rohtak Act, 2008
16. Director.
- The Director shall be the administrative head of Pt. B.D. Sharma PGIMS. He shall be appointed by the Chancellor, on the recommendation of the Government. The qualifications, powers, functions and duties of the Director shall be such, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
