Section 3(2) in Calcutta Metro Railway (Operation and Maintenance) Temporary Provisions Act, 1985
(2)The Calcutta metro railway administration may, for the efficient performance of its functions under Act, appoint such officers and other employees as it considers necessary on such terms and conditions of service as may be prescribed.
