Section 6 in The Jammu and Kashmir Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Act, 2000
6. Term of office of the Members.
- The nominated Members of the Board other than the Chairman shall, subject to the provisions of sections 7 and 8, hold office for a term of three years from the date of their nomination under section 4.
