This Miscellaneous Application filed by the assessee is seeking rectification of order passed by the Tribunal in ITA No. 376/Agr/2018, order dated 31.10.2019 relating to Assessment Year 2009-10.
2. None appeared on behalf of the assessee. However, the assessee has moved an application dated 19.12.2024 (wrongly type as 19.12.2025) for withdrawal of the above Miscellaneous Application.
3. The Ld. DR for the Revenue has no objection to the withdrawal of the said Miscellaneous Application.

4. We have heard the ld. DR and perused the record. Considering the application of the assessee, we dismiss the present Miscellaneous Application as withdrawn.
5. In the result, the Miscellaneous Application of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
