Section 30(l) in The Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
(l)the establishment and maintenance of hospitals, dispensaries, maternity and child welfare centres, and the carrying of other measures necessary for public medical relief and family welfare; (m) the organisation, construction, maintenance and management of swimming pools, public wash houses, bathing places and other institutions designed for the improvement of community health; (n) the construction and maintenance of warehouses and godowns;
