Section 18A(b) in Uttar Pradesh excise Settlement of Licenses for Retail Sale of Foreign Liquor (Excluding Beer) (Sixteenth Amendment) Rules, 2019
(b)In case a licence is cancelled or surrendered in accordance with the provisions of these rules, regular settlement of the shop shall be done as soon as possible by the Licensing Authority through the process of e-tender in mid-session after giving public advertisement. The intimation of aforesaid settlement shall be sent forthwith to the Excise Commissioner.
