Section 61(3)(vii) in Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2015

(vii)the superintendent of the institution shall also inform the chairperson of the Management Committee and place a copy of the report of the incident and subsequent action taken before the Management Committee in its next meeting;
