Learned counsel invites attention to the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP No.4923/2014, titled as Sher Singh & others Versus Union of India and others, on 03.11.2014, which reads as under:-

"Respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioners towards regularization as per judgment delivered on 4.3.2011 by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Union of India & others vs. Vartak Labour Union, (2011) 4 Supreme Court Cases 200, within a period of three months.
Respondents are also directed not to give 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

fictional breaks to the petitioners and other similarly situated persons.

2. In view of above direction, the present petition is disposed of, so also .

pending applications, if any".

2. It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioners that the present petitioners are similarly situated and as such, direction issued in Sher Singh (supra) shall mutatis mutandis apply to the present petitioners.

petition is disposed Leaving all questions open, as prayed for, of with a direction to the respondents to consider petitioners' case in the light of directions issued in Sher Singh (supra), if petitioners are in employment as on date.
