Section 26 in The Orissa Taxation (On Goods carried by Roads or Inland Waterways) Act, 1968
26. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any doubt or difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act the Government pay as occasion may require do anything which appears to them necessary for the purpose of removing the doubt or difficulty.
