Section 86 in The Manipur Co-operative Societies Act, 1976
86. Recovery of costs.
- Any sum awarded by way of any costs under the last preceding section may be recovered, on an application by the Registrar to a Magistrate having jurisdiction in the place where the person from whom the money is claimable resides or carries on business, and such Magistrate shall proceed to recover the same in the same manner as if it were a fine imposed by himself.
