Take notice that the above case was referred to the High Court by the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction by way of opinion under Section 20 (1) of SICK Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 in case No. 1 of 2013, M/s. Terrygold (India) Ltd., 4th Floor, H. No. 6-2-966/5/1, Hill Colony, Khairatabad, Hyderabad-500004, A.P., You are hereby directed to appear at the hearing in person or by Advocate on 20-01-2014 to support or oppose the case and to show cause as to why M/s. Terrygold (India) Ltd., 4th Floor, H. No. 6-2-966/5/1, Hill Colony, Khairatabad, Hyderabad-500004, A.P., should not be wound up in accordance with the provisions of the Companies (Special Provisions) Act, l966 Read with Sec.20 of SICK Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, l985.
A copy of the opinion of the said Board is enclosed herewith.
And the Court further made the following ORDER:
"It is stated by the learned counsel for respondent No. 1 that appeal before AAIFR is posted to today for hearing.
Hence, list after Sankranthi Vacation, 2014. In the meanwhile, let fresh notice be sent to respondent Nos. 7,12 and 16 as those respondents are not yet served".
