27. Other officers of the University general terms and conditions.
(1)The officer of the University referred to in clauses (v) to (xi) of section 22 shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the concerned authority of the University on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed:Provided that the Vice-Chancellor may make appointments of such officers as a temporary measures for a period of six months under intimation to the concerned authority of the University.
