5. Meetings of the Board.
(1)The Board shall hold ordinary meetings at such intervals as may be provided in the regulations and a meeting may be convened by the Managing Director at any other time for the transaction of urgent business.(2)The number of Directors necessary to constitute a quorum at a meeting and the procedure to be followed thereat shall be such as may be provided in the regulations.
