HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 02/02/2023 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner participated in the recruitment for the post of Sr. Computer Instructor pursuant to advertisement dated 01.02.2022 and falls in merit, however his candidature has been declined on account of fact that his result of final year of M. Tech. declared after the examination of Basic Computer Instructor on 19.06.2022.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that several vacancies for the Sr. Computer Instructor are remained unfilled and result of the petitioner was declared belated, which is not fault on the part of petitioner.
Heard.
Issue notice to respondents of the writ petition as also of stay application.
In addition, copy of the writ petition be served in the office of Surender Meel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Mr. S. Zakawat Ali, AGC for respondent No.1 and 4. Their name be shown in the cause list.
List after three weeks.
