Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondents.
2. By order dated 19th December, 2023, recovery of Rs. 2,18,154/- has been initiated against the applicant by monthly installment of Rs. 9,090/-. The applicant made representations dated 21st December, 2023 and 06th September, 2024 against this recovery which is not yet decided by the respondents. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the purpose of this OA will be served if the respondents are directed to decide the representation in a time bound manner.
3. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to decide the representations dated 21st December, 2023 and 06th September, 2024 in accordance with law, extant circulars, rules and regulations within a period of four weeks from today. Parties is to act on authenticated copy. 3 OA No. 255/2025
4. It is made clear that no observations on the merits of the matter are made.
5. With these directions, OA stands disposed of. Pending MAs, if any, stand closed. No costs.
