Section 71(1) in H.P. Agricultural and Horticultural Produce Marketing (Development And Regulation) Act, 2005
(1)The State Government may, subject to previous publication, by notification, add to or delete therefrom any of the agricultural produce specified under column-2 in the Schedule and thereupon the said Schedule shall stand amended accordingly.
