38. Disputes as to the constitution of the University Authorities and Bodies:- If any question arises as to
whether any person has been duly appointed as, or is entitled to be, a member of any authority or other body of theUniversity, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor with Board's recommendations, whose decision thereon shallbe final.
