1. Present application has been preferred on behalf of Defendant No.1 seeking deferment of the next date of hearing i.e., 13.05.2022 on the ground that the counsel appearing on behalf of Defendant No.1 is in some personal difficulty on 13.05.2022 and will be unable to attend the Court.
