Section 61(1) in Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016
(1)If after the Preliminary Scheme or the Final Scheme has come into force, the Authority considers that the scheme is defective on account of an error, irregularity or informality, the Authority may apply in writing to the Government for the variation of the scheme.
