8. Functions of the Chairman of the PACET Committee.
- The Chairman of the Committee:(a)shall preside over all the meetings of the committee and in his absence, he may nominate one of the members' of the committee to preside over the meetings.(b)shall appoint paper setters, moderators for the PACET and decide upon the printing press or presses where the confidential material of the Test shall be printed.(c)may appoint a competent officer to assist the Convener.
