Section 13(1)(a) in Multi-Storeyed and Public Buildings Rules, 1973

(a)For the use of the occupants and the persons visiting the premises for the purpose of profession, trade, business, recreation or any other work, parking space and parking facilities shall be provided within the site, to the satisfaction of the Commissioner and conforming to the standards specified in Appendix-E to these rules; and
