Section 22 in The Kerala Tax on Luxuries Acts, 1976
22. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Kerala Tax on Luxuries in Hotels and Lodging Houses Ordinance, 1976 (5 of 1976), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
