Section 11(1) in Bihar Private Security Agencies Rules, 2011
(1)The controlling Authority, after receiving an application under sub-rule (i) of rule-8 shall grant a licence to the Private Security Agency in Form-VI after completing all the formalities and satisfying itself about [Validity period of the licence will be of 5 years, unless cancelled under the Act and Rules.] [Substituted 'The licence will be valid for 3 years.' by Bihar Notification No. 14-31/2016-10148, dated 24.11.2017 (w.e.f. 22.09.2011).]
