6. 16.10.2008. Carbon copy of the case diary received in compliance of the orders of this Court dated 19.08.2008 is not legible. In the circumstances, court below (Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada) is directed to procure legible copy of the case diary of (Nawada Town P.S.Case No. 252 of 2007) and forward the same to this Court as early as possible along with the Narco Analysis Test Report and put up this case maintaining its position after receipt of the same.
