Section 15 in Chhattisgarh Nursing Course Entrance Rules, 2011
15. "Non-bonafide Resident" means a candidate who is a resident of any State or Union Territory other than Chhattisgarh State and is a possessor of bonafide resident certificate issued by Competent Authority of the concerned government.
