(xxxvi)to maintain and publish from time to time list of books approved for the use of the students of the [Council] [Word substituted for the word 'Vidyalaya' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] and for the examinations conducted by the [Council] [Word substituted for the word 'Vidyalaya' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] and to remove the name of any such book from any such list;
