17. Procedure on completion of preparation of the Scheme.
(1)When a development Scheme has been prepared, except in case of construction of field channels, the CAD Board shall, by notification, publish the same in the Official Gazette inviting objections and suggestions, if any, from all persons likely to be affected thereby, within thirty days from the date of such publication in the Official Gazette.(2)The notification shall also be published in the village chavadies, the notice boards of the office of the concerned village panchayats, the notice boards of the concerned taluka offices and the offices of the District Collector within whose jurisdiction the lands proposed to be included in the Scheme are situated.
