Section 15(d) in The Special Accommodation Rules, 1959
(d)in addition to any disciplinary or other action that may be taken against him, he shall be charged in respect of any period for which he continues to occupy that residence after the said date, the [standard licence fee] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 876/21.7.1994- Notification No. 4183-S.A. 15/94/6.7.1994.] calculated at the present day capital cost of the buildings :
