(1)Proceedings of the meeting of the Committee shall be recorded in [Punjabi (Gurmukhi script)] [Substituted vide Notification No. 7290 dated 30th March, 1987 Punjab Gazette dated 24th April, 1987.] by the Secretary of the Committee under the instructions and the supervision of the Chairman of the meeting and shall be signed by the Chairman.
