(4)Every member of the Committee shall, before, entering upon his office, make and subscribe in the presence of the Commissioner an oath in the following form, that is to say-"I, AB, do swear in the name of God that I profess the Hindu Religion and believe in temple worship and that I do not believe in the practice of untouchability.".
