Section 47(4) in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.
(4)All buildings, lands, research farms and other properties belonging to the Kalyani University and located within the Haringhata police-station or within village Mohonpur or Gayeshpur, in the district of Nadia, shall, with effect from the appointed day, stand transferred to the Bidhan Chandra Krishi [Viswavidyalaya] [The word within square brackets substituted for the words 'Viswa Vidyalaya' throughout this Act by W. B. Act 31 of 1981.].
