Section 2(7) in The Code of Civil Procedure, Svt. 1977 (1920 A.D.)
(7)"Government Pleader" includes any officer appointed by [the Government] [Substituted for "His Highness" by Act X of 1996.] to perform all or any of the functions expressly imposed by this Code on the Government Pleader and also any pleader acting under the directions of the Government Pleader;
