CRM-50587-2023 & CRM-M-54413-2023 Present application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking withdrawal of the main case i.e. CRM-M-54413-2023 titled as Jatinder Singh Vs. State of Punjab and Others, which is coming up for hearing on 10.01.2024, on the ground that the address provided in the memo of parties are incorrect and the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the main case for correcting the typographical error.
In view of the above, the present application is allowed and the main case i.e. CRM-M-54413-2023 is taken on board today itself and the same is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on same cause of action with better particulars.
