Section 15(1) in Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016
(1)The Authority or the Government may, on a reference from Authority or the Local Authority concerned or on an application plans. made by a land owner to the Authority or Local Authority concerned, as the case may be, make such modifications to the sanctioned Perspective Plan [PP] or Master Plan [MP] or Area Development Plan or Zonal Development Plan, as it thinks fit and which in its opinion are necessary.
