Section 39(5) in THE THUNCHATH EZHUTHACHAN MALAYALAM UNIVERSITY ACT, 2013

(5)The normal retirement age of teachers, officers of the University other than theVice Chancellor and Pro Vice Chancellor and those specified in sub- section (4) shall be fifty sixyears.
