Section 27 in Assam State Acquisition of Zamindaries Act, 1951
27. Delegation of powers.
- The State Government may, by notification, delegate to any officer or authority subordinate to it, any of the powers conferred on it by the Act to be exercised subject to any restrictions and conditions as may be specified in the said notification.
