Section 28(1) in Aluminium Corporation Of India Limited (Acquisition And Transfer Of Aluminium Undertaking Act, 1984
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or the Bharat Aluminium Company or any officer or other employee of that Government, or that company, or any person authorised by that Government or that company for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
