Mr. Justice L. Narasimha Reddy :
This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents did not comply with the Order dated 11.02.2021 passed by this Tribunal in OA No.571/2020 and batch. The direction issued in the OA was that the posting of the Nursing Officers shall be made without reference to the social status or the other factors of reservation.
2. The respondents filed a detailed counter affidavit. It is stated that in compliance with the Order passed in the OA, a statement of revised allocation was issued on 09.07.2021 and the posting of many Nursing Officers, was changed, was changed. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the order stood complied with. We, therefore, close the contempt case.
