5. Reservation in promotion.
(1)The reservation in promotion shall be at all stages of promotions.(2)On the date of coming into force of this Act, if any Government orders providing for reservation for any posts to be filled by promotion, are in force, the same shall continue to be in force unless modified or revoked, by Government.
