Section 253(1) in The City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002
(1)The owner, driver or person in charge of any public conveyance in which any person suffering from a dangerous disease or the dead body of any person who has died of such disease has been carried shall immediately take the conveyance for disinfection to a place appointed under sub-section (1) of section 250.
