Section 8(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations (Conduct of Election of Members, Election Expenses and Election Petitions) Rules, 2005
(1)On receipt of the notice of withdrawal of candidature, the Returning Officer shall note thereon the date on which it was delivered. The receipt of notice of withdrawal to be handed over to the person delivering the said notice shall be in Form IX.
