50A. [ Payment to trust by municipal councils. [Section 50-A inserted by section 33 of Madras Act II of 1930.]
- The municipal council in whose area a trust operates shall pay annually to the trust such amount as may be agreed on between them or as may be fixed by the [State Government] [Sub-section (4) substituted by Act No.24 of 1981.].]
